Monterey Carmel Tour lasts about 11 hour. Monterey-Carmel Tour departs from and returns to San Francisco. The tour is  fully escorted and narrated with a professional tour guide. Our vehicles  are comfortable. The tour is informative and a pleasant experience for all ages.

Monterey-Carmel tour will now take us south on Highway 101 via the world famous Silicon Valley and Gilroy where the popular yearly garlic festival is held. We may drive via Santa Cruz on the way south to Monterey bay. As we drive on the coastal highway 1, you can enjoy the charming Marina coastline, nestled along the edge of Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. We Follow the California rugged and Scenic Highway 1 along the bay down to Monterey Cannery Row.

Monterey-Carmel tour takes us now to Steinbeck's Cannery Row in the heart of Monterey where you will have quality time to visit Monterey Bay Aquarium, go on one of the whale watching tours, visit the old Monterey Fisherman's Warf, shopping, walking along the beautiful shoreline or enjoying one of Monterey's best seafood restaurants overlooking the Bay. We are standing here in the heart of the famous Cannery Row where John Steinbeck wrote his famous novel named after this particular section of Monterey. The Cannery Row is home to California largest population of sea lions. Explore the  famous attractions or  stroll along the ocean and enjoy a walk along the spectacular Monterey Bay to picture some sea lions along the Cannery Row shoreline. You can also enjoy an adventure to the world famous Monterey Bay Aquarium. The Aquarium was subject to many famous movies such Star Trek IV: the Voyage Home .

After Lunch, we leave the Cannery Row via the Sunset Drive to the 17 Mile Drive, we pass Pacific Grove's scenic coastline and the old light house. We embark on the 17 Mile Drive for an amazing adventure along the Monterey Bay scenic road winding through the horizon. 

The 17 Miles Drive provides 21 famous and spectacular turnouts along the picturesque coastline.  We often choose to make many photo stops at the best viewpoints such:

The Bird Rock, a landmark and home to countless shorebirds and huge sea lions. We will naturally make a stop at the famous Lone Cypress viewpoint, the symbol of Pebble Beach . It's considered today as the 17 Mile Drive iconic landmark. It's located only few Miles away from the famous Pebble Beach Lodge and Golf Course. It was Built back in 1919. Pebble Beach is home of the World famous Golf Tournament. A paradise for Golfers including Tiger Woods. After a break at Pebble Beach, we drive along the golf course surrounded by fancy mansions down to Carmel-by-the-Sea , a small coastal charming town endowed with a rich artistic history. Established by a group of artists and writers. Clint Eastwood   was the mayor of Carmel from 1986 to 1988. Some famous artist still live in Carmel including Kim Novak. Explore the downtown or stroll along the pacific ocean and enjoy some panoramic views over the Bay and its dramatic lagoons including Pebble Beach. Carmel is also home to Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmel. It was established back in 1770 by the Spanish.
